I already own two copies of the new Part 2 DVD…so I wasn’t even going to buy the other Deluxe Editions, let alone throw my name for a handout. They are just ripping off what Warrington Gillette started and adding a hockey mask into the mix…not much else. Plus, after Part 2 the series dilluted itself by losing focus on the real reason why Jason killed which was to avenge his mother’s death. Back in Part 2 Jason had a point. Later on he became little more than a mindless killing machine without a purpose. Sorta like how I ended up in life…except instead of being a mindless killer I just have a mindless job behind the cash register at Walmart.
