To kick off our favorite Friday of the year, I thought we should all watch the trailers for every movie made in the franchise as a warmup to our movie marathons. There’s a twist with these trailers as some of these are “modernized” to look like what trailers would look like today. Which trailer is your favorite and which one do you wish they would have made in a completely different way?

Retro Slashers Headlines
I enjoyed part 3’s trailer the most. And as for the one I wish they had did completely different, I would have to say part 6. It would have been nice to at least see Jason somewhere in the trailer for part 6.
I dunno if I should mention it, but earlier this year, I mixed the original Friday trailer with an Anime called “When the Cicada’s Cry”, the anime reminded me of Friday the 13th, how chaotic they both are.

All the trailers are really cool. On a side note I kinda wish thier was a better part 6 trailer, I just didn’t care for it to much. I mean really no jason you gotta be kiding me. All the others rock!!
I’ve always like the Jason Lives teaser. The coffin coming up out of the ground looks so cool.
the tv trailer for part 6 was a little cooler if memory serves. I remember seeing him standing on the RV and thinking “yes, Jason is back!”
these modernized trailers are the greatest, especially part 1. Not as crazy about 4&5 since I don’t think a trailer would show a bunch of deaths like that, but they are still way cool
Like the first three the best there, part 3 is really sweet.
I really like the overall feel of the first trailer. Part 3 is awesome as it picks up steam and really moves to the end. Part 5 is hilarious at the end with Demon. “Damn enchiladas!”
I LOVED the first two but I thought that part 3 missed the mark a little. I watched all of them right through and I loved every minute of it! Thanks for setting it up! Happy Friday the 13th everyone!

Loved the Final Chapter, Jason Lives and Remake trailers the best
