But as for Freddy's Nightmare's, I so should have got a refund. Bad acting, crap scripts, way too cheesy and just dire in every way. And to say Tobe Hoope directed the pilot there's no excuse. The Ryan character kind of offset the snobby Mickie & stuffy, but lovable Jack. They made an enjoyable trio. I think he was removed from the series because Mickie was his cousin, so the producers could never do steamy, sexually tense or romantic scenes. I think they get into it in one of the Friday books. Christian: I just started re-watching the series recently & some things don't hold up. I'm aboot 5 eps in and occasionally the special effects & performances are cheesy. The actors are so very noticeably Canadian this time around. However the music remains extremely eerie. Still lots of fun, even at it's weaker moments. With regards to both previous comments
