Part 5 blow ass jason was not the real killer a paramedic was the killer.Even the story sucked. They sould have never made that one or come with a better story.
Great stuff!
Big thanks to Germaniac, as always, as I’m a modest sized A New Beginning supporter because it was the last of the truely Exploitation-style Slasher entries of the series, and although I prefer Parts 2 & 3 and The Final Chapter to it, it has a lot of awesome little quirks and eccentricities. There’s a lot of little small things a dig, namely that I didn’t mind the pseudo-Jason/Roy Burns imposter as much as wost, the deaths (even when heavily edited by the MPAA) are fine for what they are, and it has a unique blend of just mean-spirited oddball fun and weird assortment of charatcers. Plus, it’s the only film in which even the heroine has to show a little skin by jogging outside with no bra on, in the rain. FUCK what good/sleazy fun entire chunks of it are
And the casting people did a good job of choosing good birds who looked attainable as well.
But glad the filming location was found. And I must say: The home look’s to be in quite great shape for it’s age, as well as the property in general. Once again a big thanks to Germaniac.
This is information that should refer to be very worthy.
Great job!
Part 5 was awesome, it was very funny and it had all what you need in a good friday film, i think part 1-5 were the greatest. unlike part 6-10. this is great germaniac
part 5 sites look great, the last good friday film.
Good morning Ethel.
Wow! This is fantastic!
Niceeee looks like they essentially kept it the same, i can still picture Wreckless screaming out from the outside cabin “breakfasttttttt” !
“I coulda done that”
I love it when you post things like this jasonfury. Is there any chance of you posting google earth street views of all the locations available on google eart/maps?
thanks Germaniac!
wow brill to get the chance to see the pics at last!!!
OYu can see dozens of more pics of the ranch here: http://ca.reel-scout.com/loc_detail.aspx?id=46
How I found the pics: I was browsing the reel-scout-page (I knew that the Jarvis house is listet there: http://ca.reel-scout.com/loc_detail.aspx?id=29 ) and was curious if the ANB ranch wasl isted there. So I typed in “Camarillo” in the jurisdriction search and found it! The reel-scout page did not only give the pics, but alsothe name of theranch .. I gooled it and found the hompeage of the ranch.
The page says that the pics are a couple of years old and that the plantings have changed. But I think it´s safe to say that it´s still in top condition.
Now let´s hope that this location doesn´t suffer the same fate as the Packanack lodge or Higgins Haven … so if you decide to visit there, do not burn the ranch down for god´s sake!
Yes, please do not burn down this location either!
Whoa, I am surprised to see that the owners requested that the images have to be pulled.
I can understand privacy issues, but the ranch is in the movie for all to see and the pics are on the site of the californa film comission (and thereore easy to find). I can understand if they don´t want their adress to be thrown around the internet, but pics of the house shouldn´t hurt anyone (the coverage of the Jarvis house in the location” section of f13films.com is similiar: Pics yes, adress no).
I guess that the owners are afraid of “Friday tourists” and/or are ashamed of that the movie was filmed there. It´s a pity, but it´s their right.
since they had the pics taken down, can we burn it down now ???.lol.why is shit like that always owned by some little puke fuck.ain’t right !!!!.
Well, Rocky, the owner is within their rights to ask to have images of their private property removed frorm public forums such as this. I normally do not have issues with this, but I am sure they would prefer to keep their property away frorm us crazy Friday the 13th fans!
I would like part 5 more if the MPAA hadn’t raped it of all its gore
“Look I got TWO chocolate bars!… (But don’t tell the girls…)”
Yes they do have a right to ASK to have the images removed. But its not a mandatory thing, even with it being private property. As long as the images are taken off the property (as those images were taken from the street), you can stand there and take pictures all day long and theres nothing they can do about it legally.
Ok everyone, I understand your frustration with not being able to see the location images, but some of you ambitious fans have taken it upon yourself to contact the owner of the property directly and that has not made the owner happy. These types of communication will make it increasingly more difficult for us, that help with this website, to get more information in the future.
I try very hard to get you guys any and all information on the series and I need your help now. Please do not contact the owner of the property. They would like their privacy. Thank you for your understanding.
