I believe Scott Reeves mentioned this in the commentary and if you look, you'll see it wasn't Reeves but the original/first actor Coleman. I believe it's only for that scene. All other scenes for Sean are done by Scott Reeves. I also believe the original actor for Sean, Lee Coleman actually did the water scene with Jensen Daggett when the basement of the ship is flooding. I have a good e-pal from there who lives on Vancouver Island, and she tells me that that part of the North American pacific Northwest gets an unusual amount of rain fall yearly. It happens in Washington State here in the U.S. as well too, they say. If nothin' else I always wanted to visit Vancouver and then Montreal as far as Canada goes. In fact since I think the U.S. dollar still goes quite a bit ways further, I really want my next vacation to either me a full week in Vancouver or Montreal, since the Francophonic province really interests me. Oh and as for the original actor as Sean Roberts who placed him: They actually talk about that in the Crystal Lake Memories book. He was basically far too afeminane (no offence at all menat to anyone who mivght act like that and such) and the producers decied to let him go once they saw that there was little to no chimistry with the him and the lead (Jensen Dagget). In the boxset commentary writer/director Rob Hedden also mentions him and we can all see him in the Deluxe Edition I got, you can see him in the "Blooper Reel" that Mr. Hedden actually ut together for the film's wrap party night. I can just tell by his voice that he would've made a terrible Sean since he is one of he leads after the heroine and of course by that point the almighty Jason. The book also talks about a poor Producer having to stay up with him for hours on the phone with him crying, since this was his first big shoot--and try to imagine that, a Paramount movie co-starring you fresh out the acting school gate--and with how bad he felt. Truely it must not be just as bad to have to explain to someone that a full two weeks in they have to be replaced. Not to mention that at that point also things would have to be re-shoot with him if he was already in it. Life is truely messed-up. To Jason W.,
