whats the latest movies you've watched recently..

I just got done watching the Feast Trilogy...I fucking loved it, those movies are so brutal and a good time..and i watched wishmaster earlier, knb's fx are top notch!

I just so ID4 for the firs time in like 10 years or more...

Just watched maniac and vigilante on blu ray. Blue underground does a bang up job with their transfers

I watched Due Date with my girlfriend. There were some laughs but overall it was meh.

I cant find any good new latest horror DVD's to watch but im starting really to get in to Hammer Horror films as im starting to buy them on DVD. I find then very enjoyble.

the slammin' salmon - i thought it was beyond hilarious!!

I just went and saw Rango last night. I liked it, a little too over the kids heads with it's philosophical angle though. Read a lot of reviews that the creatures for this were "ugly". I couldn't believe how well done the animation was actually. I recommend this for anyone who's looking for a good adult oriented movie. Great nods to old westerns.

I watched Caroline the second times yesterday,I admire the film mostly because it is good to look at. Selick is as unconventional in his imagery as Gaiman is in his writing, and this is a movie for people who know and care about drawing, caricature, grotesquerie and the far shores of storytelling. In short, you might care little about a fantasy, little indeed about this story, and still admire the artistry of it all, including an insidious score by Bruno Coulais, which doesn't pound at us like many horror scores, but gets under our psychic fingernails.

Um, this is a horror related site, right? Ah, the last film I watched was 'Lawrence of Arabia'! Watched it on the projector and it does look great and the music is very good, but I found it hard to follow. On a more horror related note, I saw 'Hobo with a Shotgun' and 'Re-animator' on the big screen on friday as a double bill, both were awesome!
