I am sorry I haven't joined before... when I saw this in the 'news' (I visit the site often) I assumed it was new version of F13community, who's moderators are rather snotty (they banned me and my buddy Joe ages ago for having opinions) anyway, I just did not come in. Wasn't till I got a email from John Klyza today that I realized it was a separate thing.
