Biography: Not much biographical information is known about David Wiley. He made regular guest appearances on Hogan's Heroes and was very active in the 1980's as a character actor in movies and on television. He made several more appearances in the 90's, but tended to focus more on voice acting. He had recently provided some voices for the video game, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. Sadly, Wiley passed away February 5th, 2024, after a year-long battle with cancer in Northridge, CA.
