Biography: "The Jeff Geddis story starts out much like that of any other actor. Born in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada on June 28, 1975, Jeff grew up in Pickering, Ontario, where he swam competitively and was heavily involved in the theater program at Dunbarton High School. From there, he enrolled in an intensive actor training program at York University, becoming the only actor ever in his family, and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Honors.
Jeff struggled for a year to get acting work, working part time as a parking lot attendant and a mechanic to make ends meet. Finally a break came along in the form of a role on the Discovery Channel's Exhibit A, and after that and a few commercials, Jeff hasn't looked back. He has appeared in several TV movies and shows; however, it is his breakout role as misunderstood Monkee, 'Mike Nesmith' in VH1's Daydream Believers: The Monkees Story that has garnered him a large fan following and international acclaim.
Jeff's been busier than ever since his wool hat days - more recent projects include Jason X, Showtime's Bleacher Bums, and the upcoming feature Crime Spree. Jeff is also the author of several screenplays and a novel. His first screenplay, Before I Do, written with fellow actor Eric Hempsall, is in development and his novel awaits publication. Jeff currently resides in Toronto, but plans to relocate to Los Angeles in the future." - IMDB.com
