Weekend Of Horrors, Germany: Recap In Photos

Weekend Of Horrors in Battrop, Germany took place this past weekend and we are hearing it was a huge success. We have also been told that this is one of the biggest horror and science fiction conventions in the country. So, when site visitor Ph1b3s contacted us and shared a bunch of photos with us, the thought was why not share it with the fans of Friday the 13th.

Realistically, there were so many cool images relating to different film franchises that it was decided to just show images from as many films as possible. Below you will see Ari Lehman, Kane Hodder, Tom Savini and a side shot of Richard Brooker. Check out the displays with collectables that were organized. There are some truly amazing items from A Nightmare On Elm Street and Hellraiser. Also, beware the Predator as he already ripped out the spine of one unsuspecting vicitim!

Big thanks got to Ph1b3s for sharing his trip with us!

  1. I wish Kane could come back again, for just a direct to video cheap sequel I’d take it. I forever feel cheated that we didn’t get Kane and Robert in the same movie together.

  2. That Nightmare collection is solid! I also like the Predator and skull/spine combo. The conlooked like a lot of fun!

  3. Ah man, that looks like it was a fun event. I wish I couldve been there.

  4. It did look like fun and the displays look pretty incredible. The Predator with ripped out spine is my favorite pic!

  5. Ye, the costumes of the Predators were amazing!

  6. It was great(I was there!), got an autograph from Kane Hodder and Richard Brooke. I even had a little talk with Kane Hodder, oh man, I actually shook his hand! …I’m such a nerd. I also attended a workshop with Harry Manfredini, that was amazing. He gave advice on how to score a movie, very cool.

    Loved it.

  7. By the way, I also bought the new Japanese Jason figurine with all sorts of assecoires at Weekend of Horrors. I think that’s kind of rare. It looks great by the way. Great detail, lots of cool stuff you can do with it. I believe this blog had an article about it a few months ago.
