Friday the 13th 2025 Shooting Location Identified
One of our long time visitors, daizab, has been busy researching shooting locations again and recently he found one of the shooting locations for the Friday the 13th reboot. The scene that he found the location for is a very small scene in the movie, but a shooting location nonetheless. Check out the pictures and information below. Pretty cool find.
My friend lives in Austin and works at a music store down there. I told him they were shooting the movie near him and he said he rented some equipment to the crew, pretty cool!

I was a crew member on that movie. It was a fun shoot. Plenty of scenes shot outside of Austin.

The shooting location for FT13th 2025 looks very similar to where The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003) was shot. I dont get the Crystal Lake feeling from the location.

I swear, I think the barn they used could be the same barn used in the TCM remake, where they find the little boy.
I might go to Austin to visit my friend this summer. If i have an idea where the locations are, i will be sure to check them out and report back!
