Interview with Diana Barrows (Maddy from The New Blood)
I unearthed this interview that was conducted by the guys at Icons of Fright around five years ago. Diana has been in the biz her entire life and not only acts, but sings and dances as well. During the interview she talks about her knowledge of five languages, her experience on Freddy’s Nightmares, working with Tony Danza and everything to do with Friday the 13th Part 7: The new Blood.

Her stalking death was one of the more suspenseful in the series and was a great scene. I liked her character, and without the 80s hair she’s pretty darn cute! And oh those legs
her website is fun. i like the pulp reel; pretty well put together and the surf music rocks. I like some of the songs she sings on too. The interview seemed PRish or something; her excerpts from CLM have a bit more meat; or maybe i only care about f13 stuff
After ‘getting to know her’ a bit, I’m glad her death is offscreen.

I liked her in Friday 7. But, after reading the interview, I like her less. Someone give her a tranquilzer! All of that psudo-intellectual bs was just that – bs!

she seems pretty cool…can’t say i love the music though. at least it looks like she’s gotten pretty hot over the years. she was totally butt in f13th 7, ESPECIALLY after the makeover that was supposed to be an improvement.
i’d love to see the original on-screen kill they filmed for her.
