  1. I have a question for you jasonsfury. Why doesn’t Cory Feldman get involved with any of the friday the 13th stuff, he was such a large part of the fourth film. I know that schedule conflicts kept him from doing all of part 5. I just remember seeing him on some scariest boogeyman show on amc or something, maybe usa and he was saying he would love to do another friday movie. Did you guys reach out to him for the 30th reunion? Is he just arrogant and demand alot of money to do these events. I just think it is funny that nobody mentions him. Has he ever been to a f13th convention? And also I was wondering do the stars from the films get paid for doing these events?

  2. He has been to conventions before, but I believe he had a bad experience at a convention, previously, and that has soured him on going to future conventions. I could be wrong, but I don’t think he has been to a convention for a while. He was on the 2024 From Crystal Lake To Manhattan box set on the special features disc so he was willing at some point to be involved in the franchise.

  3. hmm I had that boxset at one time but dont remember that. Do you know what happened at the convention that caused the bad experience?

  4. Also do the actors get paid going to these events?

  5. I like how actors who think they are “too big” to appear on these documentaries have no real career, but yet they can’t do a great film which depicts the start of their career…Assholes.

  6. I met Corey Feldman at a monster mania convention not too long ago. Both Coreys were there actually, part of a Lost Boys reunion. Feldman was with his wife who had just recently posed in playboy. He wasn’t really comfortable with the whole playboy thing or fans coming up to get her to sign their copies. Before everyone went in to meet them, they were asked to not have the playboys open or pictures exposed or anything. Maybe that was the incident that soured him. Other than that, he seemed pretty cool. Got him to sign my lost boys dvd and got a photo with him. Wanted him to sign my F13 pt4 dvd, but he informed me i needed to pay for two autographs in order to get two, lame.

  7. Corey has always said he is proud of his “Friday” background…and if i’m not mistaken he says on the documentary in “Crystal Lake to Manhattan” that he is more than willing to reprise his role as Tommy Jarvis.

I’m not sure if the actors get a upfront appearance fee for going to conventions but most autographs/pictures are around $20.

  8. It’d be pretty cool if he came back to reprise the role. that last Freddy vs Jason vs Ash series shows that a good story can be concocted to allow for older characters to return.

  9. On a side note I was wondering were the message board was? I got some goodies I would like to sell.

  10. Well, the playboy thing does sound like what may be the cause. He should have left her trashy but at home!lol From the interviews I have saw of him, he seems to be arrogant. And despite me liking most of his movies, his acting career has been dried up a long time ago, so no need to be arrogant, but you would think he and the other stars would be humbled you came out to see them. I saw Kevin Bacon in an interview and he has said making f13th was something he would rather forget because it was a suckie film. I mean that helped build his career. And when I found out about the actors charging for autographs a few months ago and then I decided I was going to the convention. The total trip, hotel, food, plane, convention fees would cost me over 1,000 dollars for the whole weekend and I am not about to pay out 20-30 dollars a pop for autographs. They should just pay them a fee and go from there. I understand that they need to make money because most of them are not on film anymore but the whole idea of paying for autographs after I have to spend all the other money makes me kinda feel like i am getting raped! LOL and I dont like it!

  11. Corey Feldmans a jerk.

  12. Wow I’m blown away, I always thought CF was a pretty cool guy. Guess not.

  13. I agree, the whole paying for autographs thing is kinda awkward for me. Most of the time you give the money right to the actor and they cram it in there pocket like you just scored a bag of weed off them. Just seems to cheapen the experience.

Luckily, monster mania is like 20 minutes from me so no traveling expenses are involved. Thats where i met corey in 2024. He seemed very nice, was polite and all, didn’t seem like the typical all grown up child actor type. Maybe he was behaving cuz his now exwife playboy chick was with him.

He was also to be with Corey Haim to, but they were fighting at the moment and where in seperate rooms instead of the same one.
However, they stuck Haim in the same room as Robert Englund. Haim had a much shorter line than him so it would have been worth it to see him just to get a glance at Freddy!

  14. Yeah, that is kinda weird them cramming it in their pockets while your trying to talk to them. It’s like Cyndi Lauper said on celebrity apprentice, don’t ever meet someone you have admired for a long time in the entertainment industry because most of the time you will be disappointed. I would love to have met Tom Mcbride but he died in the 90’s of aids. He was the guy in the wheelchair. I really would like to meet the cast of parts 2-4, Adrienne King and Betsy Palmer. But I am still thinking about if I want to pay the cost of it. Its too bad they dont ever do these in Atlanta or in the south.

  15. Personally, I kind of feel bad for CF, I mean he went to be known as “Mouth”, “Tommy Jarvis”, and a “Frog brother”…to Puppet Master Vs. Demoic Toys? Are you serious? I am a HUGE PM fan, but when they went up against Demonic Toys and had CF as the PM, it just made my stomach sour. I can see why he’d be annoyed about EVERYONE gawking at his wife for PB, but everyone did who bought it most likely did, she wasn’t part of the Lost Boys, OR Friday so I feel she had no right to be there in the 1st place…

  16. I totally agree with Corey, it wasnt about her, and given the fact that she posed/was involved with a huge thing like PB for the world to see, no one did anything wrong. In a way she put herself in that situation.

  17. totally agree, he probably brought her to show her off and it blew up in his face
