  1. Oh man. This is so awesome. I will own this.

It will be a great companion to the Terror of Chrystal Lake =)

..and the rest of my huge collection =D

  2. Looks amazing…Brooker’s Jason is my favorite

  3. What’s up with the blue/black colored shirt? Hopefully its just the lighting.

  4. Thundergod76, I’m sure it the lighting since it very dark there. So far, that status look amazing. I didn’t expect them to make another one already after the first one of the FvJ/Reboot look.

  5. At $300-$350 this will be a steal !!! Cant wait to own this masterpiece !!!!

  6. damn he looks good, i really didnt like the previous jason figures from sideshow, i felt like they were too dolly and the clothing was not attractive at all. But maybe i´ll get me one of those big guys.
I just hope that they will go like the mezco figures, bloody as hell with amputated bodyparts so jason can enjoy himself on the shelf

  7. 300 get the fuck out of here Im not paying more then 100 after 250 4 the other Jason fuck that!!

  8. Well $100 wont get you that masterpiece. This is not a Mezco toy… Lolll…this is Elite premium Format… A museum piece, not some kids’action figures…

  9. HOT DAMN! That jason is badass! I will own it!

  10. I understand the price concerns, but if this is not in your price range, everyone, then pass on it. If you’re looking for something more affordable, then remember that Kaiyodo just released their Part 3 Jason and you can pick it up for $40 on average. The figure is 5 1/2 inches and not the size of the statue featured above, but it is affordable and does come with a diorama and such.

  11. Nice. It’s not my favorite version but I’ll probably get two as always. I just wish the picture they unveiled was a clean product shot and not an artsy shot which hid more than I’d want them to.

  12. Looks like i will have to crack open the piggy bank again for this one. Hopefully the release date info will come out soon.

  13. Thats freakin badass!!!

  14. Looks cool. I don’t believe it can be posed though right? Statue with real clothing?
I gotta see a better picture of this. From this shot, the eyes of the mask look sad, and the clothes are way darker than they should.

  15. @evilekim

Yeah they do look darker but I’m guessing that’s because of the Photoshoped nature of the pic. The only thing that should move is the removable head. Also for those thinking about getting it I noticed that now a days Sideshow requests a deposit for their limited items. Just an FYI.

  16. Its not film accurate, the Kaiyodo figure is far closer to the real deal actually. If you look closely, the upper red chevron is not correctly shaped at all, also, the two air holes above the chevron should be lower than the other air holes instead of like the re-design from the remake and all the holes are slightly too small…and the nose is pointy and pug-like unlike the Paramount-era masks, its closer to the redesign from ‘Jason X’ (pre-UberJason)and also (somewhat) the remake. I know it sounds like I’m picking knits, but for an asking price upwards of $300 for a supposed “film accurate” “museum piece”, one would expect closer attention to the little details. The guys from Fright Masks making the replicas pulled from the original ‘Part 3′ template know EXACTLY what I’m talking about regarding just how inaccurate this mask is.
