Own Friday History, Jason Costume From Freddy vs. Jason
This is for you hardcore collectors. Mario, owner of the Friday the 13th Museum, is selling one of the screen used Jason costumes from Freddy vs. Jason. The costume consists of four items: outer jacket, sweater, undershirt and pants. The costume does not include the hockey mask. The costume is signed by Ken Kirzinger.
Are you ready for the price? As stated previously, this is for hardcore collectors. The price is $7,200 plus shipping. If you are interested, please contact Mario at info@fridaythe13thprops.de
God i wish!!!! Ill just rob a bank…..wont be long! lol love to have that, and signed by KK himself, even better!!
Well, hell yeah, I’m interested! Can I afford it? Hell no!
Hey I know this is off subject but I have a Sideshow Final Chapter Exclusive Jason. I can’t find any on ebay to see how much they are selling for. Anybody know?
If I was rich like Bruce Wayne it would be mine, but alas I am not. Good luck to the person who does buy it though!
what is funny is that it is tag St. DBL aka Stunt Double. so it isn’t the on KK wore. and he still wants 7k for it thats just crazy.
Why would anyone want this from the WORST JASON ever. If I had a time machine, I would have shot Ronny for making Jason into a PUSSY over the water thing.
Seven thousand dollars for some sweaty, dirty, burnt up, scruffed up rags buried in the ground and left to rot? Sure! As long as I was some bank executive and they weren’t from FvsJ..
And Mario is cool, drop him a note sometime! Hoping to come visit his great Friday-museum in Germany one day.
Not that I can afford it, (I don’t even know how I’m going to pay my taxes this year), but I would think the costume would cost more. I was expecting it to be at least 9 thousand. Hopefully a rich hardcore fan will find this info out and get it. It would really make you appreciate how big Jason is. lol.
Hey afwickster, I couldn’t have said it better myself. This has to be the worst Jason ever in history. He wasn’t scary, heck, the movie wasn’t scary period and to me it didn’t make no damn sense. But that’s my opinion of course. And i also hated the look of his machete. The only thing I liked about this movie was Freddy of course and especially his glove. That glove rocks!
“Why would anyone want this from the WORST JASON ever. If I had a time machine, I would have shot Ronny for making Jason into a PUSSY over the water thing.”
So pretty much agree. Aside form the fact that screen used props and costumes are simply too much, who honestly would wanna waste the money on that? Would have to be a very rich and very big fanatic of the series, much like us, but even I wouldn’t care to own that.
The cool part about the early human Jason’s of Parts 2, 3 and 4 and the pseudo-Jason/Roy of Part V, is that you can pretty easily make your own costume, and it’s EXACTLY the same thing. Simply get a good/professional painted hockey mask online, then check out http://www.scabboy.net/ as she shows off the same long-sleeve dress shirt used in Part 3 onward, and order that online in your size, and then get a pair of lighter shade khaki trouser pants with lower cut dress boots, and viola! You have a Parts 3 & Final Chapter Jason Voorhees costume. And you can choose rather or not to wear a white undershirt/wife-beater tank top under it or not.
Just my two cents …
Let’s see. $7,000 for Jason’s costume or three high priced call girls ? Hmmmm…such a dilemna. I’ll have to think about it.
3 high priced call girls? Man, I’m not in to the nicer things in life. I’d rather have a bunch of low priced call girls.
Just kidding.
But For Real.
Captain Brandon, you’re a bit off on your costume info, man. Jason doesn’t wear a dress shirt in parts 3 and 4. He wears a vintage Big Mac work shirt with only one pocket flap in part 3. Not sure of the shirt brand in part 4, but it was a green work shirt as well. Also, his pants weren’t khakis in either film. They were silver work pants. The boots aren’t dress boots, either. They were black combat boots.
kk sucks
Thats the worst jason costume ever, i’ll keep my money thank you.
I will posting a new interview with Mario, owner of the Friday the 13th Prop Museum later this week. He is preparing for the auction this weekend and we will get some first hand knowledge of what is like to be involved in such a high stakes bidding situation.
He will also discuss how he got into the franchise and what motivates him to collect the most sought after items in Friday history. Stay tuned!
