Video Review Saturday: Crystal Lake Memories, Jason Lives

I finally got back my book, so now I can begin reviewing the great photos and information regarding certain portions from the Peter Bracke collaboration. I will be reviewing one movie section per video review. Today will be a review of Jason Lives. I may not review the entire book in successive weeks, but I will continue to review more sections of the book in the future. Does anyone else have this book and want to share their thoughts on your likes and dislikes?

  1. I thought it was a great read, and it showed how alot of the people in the Friday movies seemed to think they were too good to be part of these movies, almost like they were embarrassed to be part of them.

  2. A Jennifer Cooke autograph is VERY rare. Do you know anyone else who has her autograph? Other than, like the DMV? :)
She is my favorite Friday girl by far….if you can’t tell.

Thanks for reviewing this book. I only has Crystal Lake memories.

  3. Awesome bro. I appreciate You sharing a little bit of the book, and look forward to seeing more. Im still kicking Myself for not getting the book when I had a chance. Now its like over a hundred bucks.

  4. fear not JB Demented, you can get it new on amazon.com for $30. here be the link dude http://www.amazon.com/Crystal-Lake-Memories-Complete-History/dp/1845763432/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1289689054&sr=8-1 :)

  5. i have the book, and i love it. while i am not much of a sit around and read a book type person, i found it to be the ultimate bathroom book. :) since that is the main place that i do my reading. i am glad at the amount of research that was put into it, and at the fact of how many of the cast and crew that gave their input. its nice to see them still on the radar, sort of.

  6. You can get the book from walmart.com for $30.00. Hardcover.

    Love it! Great read!

  7. Is there a way 2 tell what number book you own? Just wanted 2 know like for example number 10 copy out of 1000

  8. If only the His Name Was Jason documentary was based off this book. What SHOULD have been. Great book that’s worth the purchase.

  9. this is probably my favorite book ever,i read it straight away and still regularly look through it.lester romero’s right this is how thorough his name was jason should have been.

  10. I dont know if there is a better book for this movie. If anyone else knows, I would sure like to know so I can pick it up.

  11. If they made a movie that was exactly like this book, it would be a movie that would take a couple of weeks to watch.

  12. @Hevymentl13

The incredible Elm Street documentary’s main feature is four hours long. The bonus footage is hours upon hours also. I don’t think that’s a bad thing.

  13. Ugh… sorry to change the subject, but I don’t know where to post this.

Jason and Freddy are OUT of the terrordrome game!

Warner Bros are being BIG JERKS about this… I almost wonder how long it will be before they start going after fanfilms, etc…

Sorry if this is the wrong place… I’m just really angry about this. Its wrong.

  14. Is there a way 2 tell what number book you own? Just wanted 2 know like for example number 10 copy out of 1000

You know, I don’t believe there is a number. I would have to check again, but I don’t think there is.

I know that very few people have her autograph, so I would imagine that collectors would pay a lot of money for a picture with her autograph.
