“Homer Voorhees” Stalks Crystal Lake
A visitor named “Kevin” sent me an email pertaining to this figure and I thought it was one of the coolest things I have seen recently. I just wish it wasn’t fake, or is it….? I am pretty sure this a custom made Homer figure, but whichever fan made this, did one hell of a job. If this was sold in stores, I would buy it! Anyways, check out “Homer Voorhees” in the pic at the bottom and beware, this Voorhees may just take all of your Duff beer and doughnuts before giving you the machete to the chest.
there was a point in time where the Simpsons were on EVERYTHING. They made that Japanese cereal with homers head on it, Bart had Butterfinger, hell I remember the cover of Time magazine when the “Who Shot Mr. Burns” episodes where out, I wouldn’t doubt this as a real item.
I think I saw this at a Spencer’s somewhere….but I’m not sure.

Yea at one point I saw this around at a few places. Friday the 13th is big with the simpsons and the treehouse of terror halloween episodes.
I collect toys and I’ve never heard of this figure before. As many Simpsons figures as I have I’ve never run across this little gem. If anyone ever sees this on ebay post here.
No……..This is a custom, there’s only 1. It sold on ebay for around $100.00 a few years back wish I would of bought it. The guy made a Michael Myers and Freddy too. Google it.

I want to believe that is real, but Im not sure. Jason and Freddy made a cameo apperance during the intro where The Simpson family usually does the couch gag. Freddy says “I dont get it, they should be here already”. And Jason says “meh, what You gonna do”? Robert Englund did the voice for both. DOH!!!

I own every Simpsons figure made by Playmates, and this is “NOT” an official figure. THIS IS A CUSTOM. Anyone claiming they seen this in stores is mistaken. Do a search of the Simpsons figures made by Playmates and you will see this is not one of them.
I think it plays a sound too. Think it is real, but old. So probably rare.

There are not any made in Europe. I followed the Simpsons figures like a hawk and own every one that Playmates made. This is a custom. Here is a link to every Playmates Simpsons figure ever made, this is not one of them. Do you collect these figures TheWafflenator? I guarantee you do not. Trust me, this is a custom.

I can’t stop laughing. I just checked the “Gallery” section from the front page of this site, and when you click on “Sculptures” you will see this figure made by Chris Yuhas Aug.19/2007. Goes to show that no one really checks around even on “this site”.

@ boo. How is it I sound like a jerk? Half of the people who posted here claim that they seen this figure at the store. I am stating a “fact” that this figure was not made. It is always good to research before posting your opinion. I am not calling the people who have their information wrong jerks. But you can have your opinion, because I am not going to call you any names.
I wouldn’t mind having this figure, store bought or custom made. It looks like someone went to alot of trouble to produce this and make it look like a regular addition to the Simpsons line. This person needs to create a Freddy and Michael figure as well. Maybe a Simpsons Freddy vs Jason set: “Homer Voorhees vs Flanders Freddy”.

@ Spiderman32. This is not real. Look 5 posts up at my link to “every” Simpson figure made by Playmates. This is “NOT” one of them. You can go on EBAY to this day and find any Simpson figure made by Playmates, buy you will “not” find this one because it is a custom. I will say it again, I own every Simpson figure made by Playmates, and followed them when they were being released. And this is not a figure that Playmates made. Unless you collected the Simpsons figures by Playmates, please do not spread misinformation. And this “custom” figure was posted on this very site in the “Gallery” section under the “Sculptures” by Chris Yuhas Aug.19/2007.
